Good For All Dishes
Crossberry chicken masala goes great with rice, paratha, chapati, roti or naan. You can make many recipes from this spice like chicken curry masala, chicken roast, chicken fry, chicken peri peri, veg curry masala etc.
Preparation
Rub the chopped chicken pieces with Crossberry Chicken Masala and salt. Keep it aside for ten minutes. Grind the ginger, garlic and green chilies into a fine paste and keep aside. Heat the mustard in a vessel till it crackles and fry the onion. Add the paste and stir well. Then add the meat and tree cups of water and cook till done. Add curry leaves and serve hot. (Coconut milk maybe added to taste).
