Preparation

Boil 100g dhal. Mix 250g sambar pieces with sufficient salt. Mix 25g tamarind into 500ml water. Add tamarind into 500ml water. Add tamarind water and 3 table spoon CrossBerry Sambar powder into the mixture and boil again. Fry red chilli, curry leaves and mustard in coconut oil and add to the above preparation.
